AUCTION: OM&M Contracts of Toll Plazas on National Highways and Collection of Toll on Net Guaranteed Monthly Revenue for FY Ending 30.06.2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Highway Authority (NHA) is inviting open auction bids for the OM&M contracts of its toll plazas on national highways, covering the collection of toll on a net guaranteed monthly revenue basis for the period ending 30 June 2027. Items being auctioned: - LEP Toll Plaza Ramp I, II & III (LEP Route): Earnest Money Rs. 41,960,660, Net Monthly Reserve Price Rs. 69,934,433 - Harro (ETM) (N-5 Route): Earnest Money Rs. 51,310,960, Net Monthly Reserve Price Rs. 85,517,610 - Nokundi (N-40 Route): Earnest Money Rs. 1,362,924, Net Monthly Reserve Price Rs. 2,271,540 - Rajanpur (N-55 Route): Earnest Money Rs. 9,432,000, Net Monthly Reserve Price Rs. 15,720,000 Each toll plaza is listed with its respective route, required earnest money, and net monthly reserve price. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of NHA Road Maintenance Account, Islamabad. Registration for bidders will be held at the Revenue Section, NHA HQ, from August 11, 2026 to August 20, 2026, during office hours. All prospective bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 20,000 per toll plaza and submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or defaulters of any government department. The auction will take place on August 21, 2026 at 1100 hours at the NHA HQ Auditorium. The highest bidder will be announced and required to fulfill all requisites within seven days of the Letter of Acceptance.
