AUCTION: Toyota Vehicles Including Corolla Altis, Fortuner, Hilux Revo 2024 Models

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. A non-profit humanitarian organization is offering a competitive auction for the sale of three Toyota vehicles located in Islamabad and Karachi. Interested individuals, firms, and organizations are invited to submit sealed bids for the purchase of these vehicles. The vehicles available for auction include: - Lot 1: Toyota Corolla Altis Grande CVT (02 Units), Model 2024, located in Islamabad & Karachi - Lot 2: Toyota Fortuner GR-S Diesel (01 Unit), Model 2024, located in Islamabad - Lot 3: Toyota Hilux Revo G MT Diesel (01 Unit), Model 2024, located in Karachi All vehicles are registered in Islamabad as of January 2025, with token taxes cleared up to June 2027. The vehicles will be sold on an 'As Is, Where Is' basis, meaning bidders should inspect and evaluate the vehicles before bidding. Vehicle inspections are available by prior appointment from 31 August 2026 to 11 September 2026 during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Sealed bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 10% of the offered bid amount, payable via Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Banker's Cheque. Completed bids should be submitted to the relevant office in Islamabad or Karachi on or before 14 September 2026 during office hours. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and arrange inspections early to ensure informed bidding. Timely submission of bids with proper security is essential to participate in this auction.
