Tender Description

U Microfinance Bank Limited is conducting an open auction for the disposal of used furniture, fixtures, and equipment from multiple branches across Pakistan. The auction will be held at the bank's head office in Islamabad, and interested parties are invited to participate as per the schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for buyers looking to acquire office furniture and equipment at competitive rates directly from a reputable financial institution.
Items being auctioned:
- Branch furniture and fixtures (various types, including chairs, tables, counters, and workstations)
- Office equipment (computers, printers, UPS, and related electronics)
- Air conditioners and electrical appliances
- Security equipment (CCTV cameras, DVRs, and related accessories)
- Miscellaneous items such as signboards, safes, and lockers
- Other unserviceable or surplus assets as listed for each branch
The auction covers assets from branches in the following cities: Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Abbottabad, Mardan, and several others as detailed in the notice. Each lot will be auctioned separately, and bidders can inspect the items at the respective branch locations prior to the auction date.
All interested bidders must bring original CNIC and submit a refundable Earnest Money deposit as specified by the bank. Successful bidders are required to make full payment within the stipulated time and arrange for the removal of auctioned items at their own cost. The auction will be conducted on June 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM at U Microfinance Bank Head Office, G-8/4, Islamabad.
