AUCTION: U Microfinance Bank Branch Furniture and Equipment at Multiple Locations

U Microfinance Bank Limited is conducting an open auction for the disposal of surplus furniture and equipment from its various branches. The auction will be held on 24 August 2026 at 10:00 AM at the respective branch locations. Interested parties are invited to participate and bid for the listed items. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and organizations, and items will be sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Earnest money of PKR 10,000 per lot is required to participate, and successful bidders must deposit the full amount within the stipulated time. Items being auctioned: - Furniture and equipment from U Microfinance Bank, Main Branch, G-8/4, Islamabad - Furniture and equipment from U Microfinance Bank, Branch 7424/24, Sialkot - Furniture and equipment from U Microfinance Bank, Branch 43L, Sahiwal - Furniture and equipment from U Microfinance Bank, Branch, Multan - Furniture and equipment from U Microfinance Bank, Branch, Dera Ghazi Khan - Furniture and equipment from U Microfinance Bank, Branch, Bahawalpur - Furniture and equipment from U Microfinance Bank, Branch, Faisalabad - Furniture and equipment from U Microfinance Bank, Branch, Gujranwala - Furniture and equipment from U Microfinance Bank, Branch, Rawalpindi - Furniture and equipment from U Microfinance Bank, Branch, Peshawar Each lot consists of various office furniture and equipment, including chairs, tables, cabinets, and miscellaneous items. The auction will be conducted at the respective branch premises, and all items can be inspected prior to the auction date during working hours. Bidders are advised to bring original CNIC and earnest money in the form of pay order or CDR. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. A practical tip: Visit the branch a day before the auction to inspect the items thoroughly and assess their condition, as all sales are final and no claims will be entertained after the auction.
