AUCTION: Un-Serviceable Items by National Database and Registration Authority Regional Head Office Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Islamabad is offering an auction for un-serviceable items. This auction is conducted by NADRA's Regional Head Office located at Plot No. 30,31 Mauve Area G 10/4 Islamabad. Interested bidders from Islamabad and surrounding areas are invited to participate in this auction process. Items being auctioned include un-serviceable materials and items as listed in the auction documents, which can be obtained from the NADRA RHO Islamabad office. Inspection of items is allowed at NADRA RHO Stores from 17th August 2026 to 31st August 2026 during office hours. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded promptly after bid closing. The highest bid will be accepted subject to eligibility and responsiveness. In case of a tie, preference is given to the bidder with more taxpayer experience. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately on the auction day and the remaining 75% within 24 working hours. Removal of items must be completed within 48 hours of full payment, failing which demurrage charges of 2% per day will apply. The auction is scheduled to close on 1st September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM via EPADS.
