AUCTION: Auction of Un-Serviceable Stores by NADRA Regional Head Office Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Karachi is offering an auction of un-serviceable stores on an 'As Is Where Is' basis. This auction is open to registered individuals or firms dealing in scrap business with valid NTN/SRB registration, CNIC, and proof of active taxpayer status. The auction is divided into two lots with predetermined reserve prices. Items being auctioned include: - Lot No 1: Admin Stores Items with a reserved price of Rs. 9,570,890 - Lot No 2: Technical Stores Items with a reserved price of Rs. 3,126,160 The auction will be conducted electronically via EPADS V2.0. Inspection visits for both lots are scheduled from 7th to 18th September 2026, with visit timings from 11:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs (except holidays). Inspection venues are Plot No: Comm.001 & Comm. 001/1, Sector P, Gulshan-e-Maymar Housing Scheme, Karachi for Lot 1, and NADRA Site Office, Banglow #94/1, Tipu Sultan Road, MACHs, Karachi for Lot 2. Earnest money must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order amounting to 5% of the quoted amount for each lot separately. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS V2.0 by 22nd September 2026 at 1300 hours. The auction opening will take place the same day at 1330 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Registered firms and individuals can collect the bid documents with complete details and terms from EPADS V2.0 at http://vendors.epads.gov.pk. NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per Public Procurement Rules. For bidders, it is crucial to ensure all required documentation including NTN/SRB registration and proof of active taxpayer status is valid and submitted timely.
