Tender Description
This auction notice from the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office in Quetta, invites bids for the disposal of unsalvageable and condemned furniture and fixtures. The auction covers a variety of office items including waiting chairs, DEO tables, pigeon holes, plastic chairs, almirahs, wheelchairs, stools, visitor chairs, air conditioners, LED lights, and other office equipment. The auction is based in Quetta, Balochistan, and offers bidders an opportunity to acquire these items on an 'As and Where It Is' basis.
The auction process requires bidders to submit sealed bids accompanied by a 5% Earnest Money deposit via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order in favor of NADRA NSRC Disbursement Account. Bidders must comply with all bidding document requirements, including submission of valid CNIC and NTN copies, and a non-blacklisting affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper. The auction items are available for inspection at the NADRA Regional Head Office from 23rd February to 10th March 2026 during office hours, excluding weekends and gazetted holidays.
Participants should ensure they meet NADRA's eligibility criteria, including valid registration and tax status. The bid validity period is 90 working days from the bid opening date. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the total bid amount on the acceptance day and the remaining 75% within 24 working hours. Failure to remove items within 48 hours post-payment will result in demurrage charges at 2% per day. All government taxes apply, including withholding tax at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers.
The submission deadline is set for 11th March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at NADRA Regional Head Office, Zarghoon Road, Quetta. Bidders or their representatives are encouraged to attend the public bid opening. The sealed bids must be delivered physically to the Admin Branch at the Regional Head Office.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the bidding documents for Earnest Money submission details and ensure all pages are signed and stamped to avoid disqualification. Also, verify the tax status and NTN registration to comply with FBR requirements for the 2025-26 financial year.
