Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore is conducting an open auction for various unserviceable and obsolete items located at the institute. The auction will be held on 16/10/2026 at 11:00 AM at the Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore. Interested parties are invited to participate in this transparent process and are required to deposit earnest money of Rs. 100,000 for the main auction and Rs. 1,000 for the children ward auction, both in the form of pay order or CDR.
Items being auctioned:
- Unserviceable and obsolete items from the main hospital (details available on site)
- Unserviceable and obsolete items from the children ward (details available on site)
The auction will be conducted in two lots: one for the main hospital and one for the children ward. The successful bidder must deposit 25 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining 75 percent to be paid within seven days. Failure to pay the remaining amount within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and cancellation of the bid. All items must be removed from the premises within the specified period, and any damage to hospital property during removal will be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
Bidders are required to bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit on the day of the auction. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The list of items can be inspected during office hours before the auction date. For further details, interested parties may contact the office of the undersigned.
A practical tip: Arrive early on the auction day to inspect the items thoroughly and ensure your earnest money pay order or CDR is ready to avoid any last-minute issues.
