Auction of Unserviceable/Old/Scrap Items and Waste Material at Women University Swabi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Women University Swabi invites sealed bids under single stage one envelope bidding procedure for auction of various unserviceable/old/scrap items and waste material on an 'AS-IS WHERE-IS, CLEAN-UP and ALL MUST GO' basis from individual firms/contractors registered with tax authorities (Sales Tax and Income Tax) and must be on active tax payers list of FBR with following terms and conditions. Items being auctioned: - Unserviceable/old/scrap items - Waste material The auction will be conducted at Women University Swabi with payment of tender fee Rs. 2,000/- in shape of CDR or online deposit. Bidders must quote rates/bids with all applicable government taxes. The auction committee will reject bids not meeting criteria. Successful bidders must deposit 1/4th of bid amount on auction day and full amount within three calendar days after order. The bid security will be forfeited if payment is not deposited in time. The successful bidder will lift all material within 7 days and clean the auction site. Eligibility requires registration with tax authorities, active tax payer status, and earnest money in form of CDR or pay order. The auction will be held on August 31, 2026, at 11:30 am in the Committee Room of Women University Swabi. Bids must be submitted by August 31, 2026, at 10:00 am.
