Auction of Un-serviceable and Surplus Furniture and Other Items

The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Islamabad is conducting an auction for un-serviceable and surplus furniture along with other miscellaneous items. This auction is scheduled to take place on 21.07.2026 at 11:00 am, with a backup date of 29.07.2026 at the same time if the initial auction cannot be held. Items being auctioned include un-serviceable and surplus furniture and other unspecified items. The auction will be conducted on an "as is where is" basis, meaning bidders should inspect and evaluate the condition of items before bidding. The inspection of furniture and other items is available at the 7th and 8th Floor, New Secretariat (Kohsar Block), Islamabad during working hours from 0900 to 1600 hours. Interested bidders must provide copies of their CNICs and submit earnest money of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, Islamabad. Successful bidders quoting the maximum bid must deposit the bid amount including 10% income tax separately within five days of the auction date, failing which the earnest money will be forfeited. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids by assigning reasons. After completion of all formalities, the successful bidder will be required to lift all auctioned items within five days from the Ministry premises. This auction provides a valuable opportunity for suppliers and dealers in furniture and miscellaneous goods to acquire items at competitive prices. Bidders should ensure timely submission of earnest money and be prepared for immediate payment and collection upon winning the auction.
