Auction of Unserviceable/Surplus Items at NHA Regional Office Building Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab-North Region invites interested parties to participate in an open auction for unserviceable and surplus items located at the NHA Regional Office Building in Lahore. The auction will be conducted on a strict "As is Where is Basis" ensuring transparency and fairness in the disposal process. Items being auctioned include: - Gantry - Sign Boards - Light Poles - Old Tyres and Parts of Vehicles - Furniture - Electric Items (AC, Fan, Batteries, Heater, Step Lizer, Exhaust Fan & etc) - Cylinder - Scrap The auction will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 12:30 Hours at the office of the General Manager (Maintenance) Punjab-North, NHA Lahore. Interested bidders can obtain detailed lists, terms, conditions, and application forms from the office of the Deputy Director (Admin) Punjab-North, NHA Lahore during office hours upon production of a demand draft/pay order of Rs. 1,000 (Non-Refundable) in favor of National Highway Authority Receipt Account Punjab North Lahore. Bidders are required to submit a security deposit of Rs. 50,000 (Refundable) in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft from any schedule bank in favor of National Highway Authority RMF-Security Deposit Account. The highest bidder will deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining 75% to be deposited within one week. Failure to deposit the remaining amount will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and the NHA reserves the right to re-auction the material.
