AUCTION: Unserviceable and Surplus Items at NHA Regional Office Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab-North Region, Central Zone, invites interested parties to participate in an Open Auction for unserviceable and surplus items located at the NHA Regional Office Building in Lahore. The auction will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 1230 hours in the office of the General Manager (Maintenance) Punjab-North, NHA Lahore. Items being auctioned include: - Gantry - Sign Boards - Light Poles - Old Tyres and Parts of Vehicles - Furniture - Electric Items (AC, Fan, Batteries, Heater, Step Lizer, Exhaust Fan & others) - Cylinder - Scrap These items are offered on an 'As is Where is Basis' and bidders are advised to inspect the items prior to bidding. The auction requires submission of a security deposit of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of National Highway Authority RMF-Security Deposit Account. After approval, 25% of the bid amount must be deposited on the spot in cash or Pay Order, with the remaining 75% payable within one week. Failure to deposit the remaining amount will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and possible re-auction of the items. The auction is governed by PPRA Rules 2004 as amended in 2008. Interested bidders should obtain detailed terms and conditions and application forms from the office of the Deputy Director (Admin) Punjab-North on demand against a non-refundable payment of Rs. 1,000/- via NHA receipt.
