AUCTION: Unserviceable Public Transport Vehicles Kohlu and Barkhan 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The office of the Deputy Commissioner Kohlu is conducting an open auction for unserviceable public transport vehicles (نیلامی گاڑیاں) located in Kohlu and Barkhan. Interested parties are invited to participate in this auction, which offers a transparent opportunity to acquire government-owned vehicles that are no longer in operational use. The auction will be held at the designated location in Kohlu, and all vehicles are available for inspection prior to the auction date. Items being auctioned: - Vehicle 1: Wagon type (6677-LIT), Model 1992, Engine No. LN-106/065565, Chassis No. --- (Location: Barkhan) - Vehicle 2: Wagon, Model 1989, Engine No. CL-049/WMY400643, Chassis No. --- (Location: Barkhan) - Vehicle 3: Pickup, Model 1992, Engine No. V5M21, Chassis No. 4D56 (Location: Kohlu) - Vehicle 4: Pickup, Model 1998, Engine No. VSM31/4900, Chassis No. 4M40 (Location: Kohlu) All vehicles are being sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested bidders must deposit a non-refundable participation fee of PKR 1,000 per vehicle and submit a refundable Earnest Money of PKR 10,000 per vehicle in the form of a Pay Order or CDR. The successful bidder will be required to pay all applicable taxes and complete the transfer process within the stipulated time. The auction will be held on 10 November 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Deputy Commissioner Office, Kohlu. Bidders are advised to inspect the vehicles in advance and ensure all documents are in order. Only those present at the auction venue with original CNIC and deposit slips will be allowed to participate.
