AUCTION: Unserviceable Vehicles and Scrap Material Rights at PTA Headquarters Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) is conducting an open auction for the disposal of unserviceable vehicles and scrap material at its headquarters in Islamabad. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire ownership rights of obsolete assets and scrap items that are no longer required by the Authority. The auction will be held at the PTA Headquarters, F-5/1, Islamabad, on 3rd September 2026 at 8:30 AM sharp. Items being auctioned: - Unserviceable vehicles (details and quantity as per auction lot list available at PTA office) - Scrap material (various categories, including metal, electronic, and miscellaneous scrap) All items will be auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicles and scrap material prior to the auction date during office hours. The successful bidders will be required to deposit 25 percent of the bid amount on the spot as Earnest Money through Pay Order or CDR in favor of PTA. The remaining balance must be paid within the stipulated time as per PTA rules. All applicable taxes will be borne by the successful bidders. Participation is open to all eligible individuals and firms, but bidders must bring their original CNIC for registration on the auction day.
