Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
District Police Swabi is conducting an open auction for the disposal of various unserviceable police vehicles and scrap items. Interested parties are invited to participate in this auction, which will be held at the MT Section, District Police Lines Swabi. The auction process will be open from 30.09.2026 to 05.10.2026 between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM, with the final auction date set for 16.10.2026 at 11:30 AM. All interested bidders or their authorized representatives must be present at the specified time and venue to participate.

All items are available for inspection at the MT Section, District Police Lines Swabi during the specified dates and times. Bidders are required to deposit earnest money as per auction rules before participating. The successful bidders must remove all auctioned items from the premises within the stipulated time; otherwise, the department reserves the right to forfeit the earnest money and cancel the award. No bids will be accepted after the deadline.
