AUCTION: Collection Rights of Urban Facilities (Parking Sites and Bus Stands) Lahore 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites open auction bids for the collection rights of various urban facilities, including parking sites and bus stands, for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted under the Auction of Collection Rights Rules 2016. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process, which will be held on 26.10.2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Officer, Metropolitan Corporation Lahore. The successful bidders will be granted collection rights from 01.11.2026 to 30.06.2027, with the possibility of renewal for the next year subject to satisfactory performance. The following is the list of facilities/lots available for auction, along with their respective reserve prices and required earnest money (10% CDR): - General Bus Stand Badami Bagh (Reserve Price: 1,486,490 PKR, Earnest Money: 148,649 PKR) - General Bus Stand Yateem Khana (Reserve Price: 1,567,591 PKR, Earnest Money: 156,759 PKR) - Moon Market Parking Road (Reserve Price: 58,117 PKR, Earnest Money: 5,811 PKR) - Model Town Link Road Parking (Reserve Price: 46,480 PKR, Earnest Money: 4,648 PKR) - Liberty Parking Gulberg (Reserve Price: 165,576 PKR, Earnest Money: 16,555 PKR) - Barkat Market Parking Road (Reserve Price: 70,356 PKR, Earnest Money: 7,035 PKR) - Model Town Bus Stand (Reserve Price: 8,000 PKR, Earnest Money: 800 PKR) - Shadman Market Parking Road (Reserve Price: 38,019 PKR, Earnest Money: 3,801 PKR) - Walton Road Parking (Reserve Price: 474,313 PKR, Earnest Money: 47,431 PKR) - Model Town Bus Stand (Reserve Price: 252,607 PKR, Earnest Money: 25,260 PKR) Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 10% of the reserve price for each lot they wish to bid on. Only those registered with FBR and holding a valid NTN will be eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid will be considered for approval. All participants are advised to bring original CNIC and relevant documents. The successful bidder must deposit the full amount within the stipulated time after approval. A practical tip: Arrive early on auction day to complete registration and CDR verification, as latecomers may not be allowed to participate.
