AUCTION: Used UNDP Vehicles (2015-2020 Models) Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is conducting a public auction for the disposal of used vehicles at its Islamabad office. This auction presents an opportunity for interested buyers to acquire well-maintained vehicles from a reputable international organization. The auction will be held at the UNDP premises, House 76, Street 10/3, Sector G-10/3, Islamabad, on 29th and 30th June 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Items being auctioned: - 11 used vehicles, including: - 1 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (2015 model) - 5 Toyota Land Cruiser Prados (2020 model) - 5 Toyota Hilux Double Cabins (2007-2010 models) All vehicles are being sold on an as-is, where-is basis. The vehicles can be inspected at the auction venue during the specified dates and times. Interested bidders must bring their original CNIC for registration and participation in the auction. The earnest money for participation is set at PKR 100,000 for each Prado and PKR 200,000 for each Hilux, payable via pay order. Successful bidders will be required to deposit the full bid amount within the stipulated time frame after the auction. This auction is open to all eligible individuals and organizations. It is advisable for bidders to inspect the vehicles thoroughly before bidding, as no claims regarding condition will be entertained post-sale. The auction will be conducted in accordance with UNDP's disposal policies, and all applicable taxes and transfer fees will be borne by the successful bidders.
