AUCTION: Used Project Vehicles Through Sealed Bid

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Sindh Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences (SIOVS), Hyderabad, invites sealed bids from eligible firms, companies, and individuals for disposal of used project vehicles under its NGO project. The vehicles will be auctioned through a two-envelope sealed bidding process on an As Is, Where Is basis. No warranty or guarantee, express or implied, will be provided. The auction is administered by SIOVS at its Hyderabad premises. Mandatory vehicle list: Sr. 1, Suzuki Alto, model 2020, registration GSF-195, security deposit **Rs. 180,000**; Sr. 2, Honda BR-V, model 2022, registration BK-3987, security deposit **Rs. 420,000**; Sr. 3, FAW X-PV, model 2019, registration CY-7088, security deposit **Rs. 60,000**; and Sr. 4, FAW X-PV, model 2019, registration CY-7089, security deposit **Rs. 60,000**. Bidders should inspect the vehicles and independently assess their condition, value, documentation, and transfer implications before quoting. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the official SIOVS website tender section from 10 August 2026 until **16 August 2026 at 2:00 PM**. Vehicle inspection will be available from 10 to 16 August 2026, between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM, at the Sindh Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, Hyderabad. The proposal closing deadline is **17 August 2026 at 2:30 PM**, with submission at the Committee Room, SIOVS, Hyderabad. Each bidder must submit two separately sealed envelopes: Envelope I, Technical Proposal, and Envelope II, Financial Proposal. Required technical documents include valid CNIC, NTN certificate or registration where applicable, company profile where applicable, the relevant bid security through Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of SIOVS, and any additional documents specified in the bidding documents.
