AUCTION: Used Vehicles (Honda City 2016, Suzuki Cultus 2016) by FEB & GIF Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB & GIF), Islamabad, is conducting a public auction of used vehicles. The auction will be held at the FEB & GIF Head Office in Islamabad, and interested parties are invited to participate in the bidding process for the listed vehicles. Items being auctioned: - Honda City (2016 model), 1299cc, Sedan, 1 unit - Suzuki Cultus (2016 model), 1000cc, Sedan, 1 unit Both vehicles are available for inspection at the FEB & GIF premises from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM prior to the auction date. The auction will take place on 1 October 2026 at 11:00 AM sharp. All vehicles are being sold on an as-is-where-is basis, and bidders are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the vehicles before participating. The successful bidder will be responsible for all applicable taxes and transfer fees in addition to the bid amount. To participate, interested bidders must deposit a refundable Earnest Money of PKR 20,000 per vehicle in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of Board of Trustees, FEB & GIF. The Earnest Money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the auction. The highest bidder will be required to pay the full amount within the stipulated time as per auction terms. In case of default, the Earnest Money will be forfeited. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
