Tender Description
Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal in Islamabad invites registered bidders to participate in the auction of thirteen used vehicles including Suzuki Potohar Jeeps, Bolan Vans, Toyota Vego, Suzuki Liana, Suzuki Cultus, and Suzuki Mehran. This auction offers a unique opportunity to acquire vehicles on an 'as is and where basis' at the Head Office located in Sector H-8/4, Islamabad. The vehicles can be inspected during office hours until the auction date, ensuring bidders can assess the condition firsthand before placing their bids.
The auction includes a diverse fleet ranging from 1993 to 2010 models, with engine capacities between 796 CC and 3000 CC. Bidders must be registered with EPADS and FBR, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). On auction day, participants should bring original CNIC and attested copies. A token purchase via draft or pay order of Rs. 15,000 is required by 10:30 AM on the auction date. The highest bid must exceed the reserve price for a sale to be confirmed. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the bid amount immediately, with the balance due within 10 days, failing which the earnest money and initial payment will be forfeited. Vehicles will be delivered only after full payment and must be registered in the buyer's name within 15 days. All government taxes are payable by the buyer.
