Items being auctioned: - Plot 1: 11 Marla 7 Sarsai, vacant plot at Sangla Hill Bus Stand, reserve price Rs. 5,00,000, security Rs. 50,000, lease period 10 years - Plot 2: 14 Marla, vacant plot at Sangla Hill Workshop Chowk No. 45, Sadarabad Road, reserve price Rs. 3,50,000, security Rs. 35,000, lease period 10 years Both plots are suitable for commercial development and offer significant business potential. Bidders must bring a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) equivalent to the security amount for each plot they wish to bid on. Only those with a valid CDR will be allowed to participate in the auction. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full bid amount and sign the lease agreement as per the rules.
