Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites interested parties to participate in the auction of vehicle scrap material located at the National Bank Stadium Karachi. This auction offers bidders the opportunity to acquire scrap material on an 'AS IT IS AND WHERE IT IS' basis. The auction will be conducted through the EPADS platform (https://epads.gov.pk) with the financial bid form and all required documents to be uploaded before 11:00 A.M. PST on 8th October 2026. The bids will be opened for evaluation at 11:30 A.M. PST on the same day.
Items being auctioned include various vehicle scrap materials as designated by PCB at the National Bank Stadium Karachi. Bidders must quote rates as per the unit of measurement specified for each item. The successful bidder will be responsible for lifting the scrap within one week of receiving the award letter and must provide signed documentation upon collection. A focal person must be deputed by the winning bidder to supervise the collection process. All costs related to transportation, supervision, weighing, and labor during lifting will be borne by the successful bidder.
Eligibility requires submission of a bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs. 50,000 in favor of Pakistan Cricket Board, refundable or adjustable after completion of the disposal process. A non-blacklisting affidavit on a 100 Pak Rupees non-judicial stamp paper is also mandatory. Interested parties may inspect the auction material Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Queries related to the auction must be submitted via email to Procurement@pcb.com.pk by 05:00 PM on 1st October 2026, with responses provided by 5th October 2026. The highest total value bid for all items will determine the winning bidder. Taxes will be applied as per prevailing laws at the time of payment. Failure to comply or withdrawal by the successful bidder will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions and ensure timely submission of bids through the EPADS portal. Early preparation of required documents and bid security will facilitate smooth participation in this auction.
