Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Collectorate Of Customs Enforcement is conducting auctions of vehicles and commercial goods at two locations in Punjab province. The first auction will be held on 16-09-2026 at 11 a.m. at Custom House, Multan. The second auction will take place on 17-09-2026 at Dryport Jhumra Road, Faisalabad. Items being auctioned include vehicles and commercial goods such as tyres, clothes, cosmetics, auto parts, and solar inverters in bulk.
These auctions are conducted on an 'as is where is' basis, meaning bidders should inspect items carefully before bidding as no warranties are provided. Interested bidders should contact the designated officials for further details and clarifications. The auctions provide an opportunity to acquire a variety of commercial goods and vehicles at competitive prices.
Eligibility to participate typically requires registration with the auction authority and compliance with auction terms including earnest money or bid security deposits. Bidders are advised to attend the auctions on the specified dates and times to submit their bids in person. The auctions are managed by the Collectorate Of Customs Enforcement offices in Multan and Sargodha.
A practical tip for bidders is to thoroughly inspect the items prior to bidding and ensure all required documentation and payments are prepared in advance to avoid disqualification. Contact details for auction officials are provided for assistance.
Items being auctioned:
- Vehicles
- Tyres
- Clothes
- Cosmetics
