AUCTION: Vehicles and Motorcycles by Auction Committee Toba Tek Singh

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Auction Committee of Toba Tek Singh is offering a special public auction of vehicles and motorcycles currently held in custody under the Police Lines, Dera. The auction will be conducted on 22 September 2026 at 11:30 a.m. under the supervision of the concerned officer. Items proposed for auction include: - 03 cars / vehicles - 01 double-cabin and 01 pickup - 04 Rickshaw - 303 motorcycles Interested bidders must register their names and submit identification documents. Participation is allowed individually or as a group. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount in cash immediately, with the remaining balance payable within 7 days of auction approval. Failure to deposit the remaining amount within the prescribed period will result in forfeiture of earnest/security deposit and 25% bid amount. The bidder is also responsible for applicable 11% and 22% taxes/charges with the Excise Department. The vehicles/motorcycles will be auctioned on an 'as is, where is' basis. The authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any bid without reason, subject to challenge in competent court. The auction committee may adjust the number of items offered if necessary.
