AUCTION: Vehicles at National Defence University Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. National Defence University, Faculty of Contemporary Studies (FCS) Islamabad is offering for auction two vehicles on an as-is-where-is basis. The auction will be held on 17th September 2026 at 1230 hrs at National Defence University, Islamabad. Items being auctioned: - Vehicle No GS-661, Make Suzuki, Model Khyber, Year 1989 - Vehicle No SY-212, Make Suzuki, Model Bolan, Year 2012 The vehicles inspection period is from 14th to 15th September 2026 between 1000 hrs to 1500 hrs at the mentioned address. Interested bidders must submit a refundable/adjustable deposit of Rs. 40,000 per vehicle via Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of National Defence University Islamabad as earnest money before the auction. Successful bidders must deposit the remaining balance within six working days or risk forfeiture of earnest money. All government taxes and transfer fees are the responsibility of the successful bidders. Bidders must bring original CNIC and be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Transfer of ownership documents will be issued only to the successful bidder as per CNIC details. Vehicles and documents will be handed over after completion of legal formalities. In case of holiday or closure, the auction will be held the next working day at the same time. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reason. Bidders should carefully inspect vehicles during the inspection period and ensure compliance with all requirements before bidding.
