Pakistan Railways Karachi Division invites interested parties to participate in the open auction of vending stalls, parking sites, and commercial use rights at various railway stations and locations under its jurisdiction. The auction will be held at the designated dates and times for each location, with the process taking place at the respective stations. Each lot comes with a specified security deposit, and successful bidders will be granted rights for the financial year as per Pakistan Railways regulations. Bidders must bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money (pay order or CDR) for participation. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the Divisional Superintendent or their representative. All participants must comply with the terms and conditions outlined by Pakistan Railways.
