Auditing and Financial Statement Preparation Services for SBK Women's University Quetta

SBK Women's University Quetta invites reputable Chartered Accountant firms to submit sealed bids for auditing and financial statement preparation services. The scope includes auditing accounts for the financial year 2025-2026 and preparation & audit of the annual statement of accounts of the university in conformity with GAAP, trial balance, and financial statements. Items being procured: - Auditing accounts for the financial year 2025-2026 - Preparation & Audit of annual statement of Accounts The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure with 2% earnest money (CDR/DD) in favor of Treasurer SBKWU, Quetta. Tender documents can be obtained from the Treasurer Office or downloaded from the official website www.sbkwu.edu.pk. A non-refundable pay order/demand draft of Rs. 5,000/- is required as tender document fee. No tender documents will be sold on the date of bid opening. Bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 8th September 2026 and will be opened at 12:30 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Firms must attach a certificate and affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted. Sealed envelopes must clearly state the tender work title. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per BPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely delivery of bids to avoid disqualification.
