Pre-qualification of Auto Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Pink Bus Fleet

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Islamabad is seeking sealed proposals from well-reputed automobile workshops and firms for the pre-qualification process to undertake repair and maintenance works of the Pink Bus fleet owned by the Ministry. This opportunity is specifically for firms based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad with their own workshops, stock, manpower, and expertise. The pre-qualification is for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to identify capable service providers who can ensure the operational readiness and upkeep of the Ministry’s bus fleet. The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the Pink Bus fleet, ensuring vehicles remain in optimal condition. Only pre-qualified firms will be eligible to participate in the subsequent RFQ process, which involves submission of technical and financial bids. Interested firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and demonstrate relevant experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Proposals must be submitted by 17th July 2026 by 2:00 pm to the Section Officer (General) at Room No.122, Block-C, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 pm. Electronic proposals will not be accepted; only physical submissions through the PPRA e-Procurement Portal-EPADS are allowed. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers as per PPRA rules 2004. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documentation, including valid NTN and sales tax registration certificates, is complete and up to date. Early submission is advised to avoid last-minute issues.
