Procurement of Automated Security Documents Verification Systems and Forensic Equipment by Directorate General Immigration & Passports Islamabad

The Directorate General Immigration & Passports Islamabad invites sealed Technical and Financial Proposals for the procurement of automated security documents verification systems and forensic equipment. This tender is specifically for forensic section use and requires firms registered with NTN/GST to comply with the detailed technical specifications outlined in Tender Document No. 207. Items being procured: - Automated Security documents verification systems (Qty: 08) - Complete solution of video spectral comparator Machine for forensic analysis along with ID/Passport document and Database software (Qty: 01) - Portable handheld digital security document verification tablets (Qty: 02) - Ultra-high Resolution Security Documents Imaging System (Qty: 01) - Digital Mistoloupe (Compatible with Video Spectral Comparator) (Qty: 01) The technical scope includes supply of advanced forensic verification systems capable of high precision document authentication and imaging. The equipment will be used for forensic analysis of security documents including passports and IDs. The Directorate requires compliance with government rules on taxes and a tender security of Rs. 8,992,000/- must be attached with the financial proposal in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee. The quantities may be increased or decreased as per requirement. Eligible bidders must be NTN/GST registered firms with proven capability to deliver forensic equipment within 16 to 20 weeks after contract signing. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA rules. Technical proposals will be opened on 14-09-2026 at 03:30 PM in the Conference Room of the office, followed by financial proposal opening for technically qualified firms.
