Prequalification of Automobile Workshops and Vendors for M-5 Sector-II Vehicle Repair and Spare Parts Services

National Highways and Motorways Police (NHMP), M-5 Sector-II Motorway C-II Zone, invites sealed bids and proposals for prequalification of automobile workshops and vendors under open framework agreement(s). The arrangement will support official vehicles operating across the corridor from Rahim Yar Khan to Sukkur for three financial years: FY 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29. The procuring office is located at the office of the SSP/Sector Commander, NHMP M-5 Sector-II, Motorway C-II Zone, Kashmore-Sadiqabad Road, Guddu Interchange. Specific service and supply scope includes: wheel alignment and balancing; air-conditioner service; denting and painting; electrical work; mechanical work; engine work; purchase and supply of all kinds of vehicle spare parts, including tyres and batteries; and related automobile repair and maintenance support for official NHMP vehicles. No separate item-wise quantities, units, lots, or estimated prices are printed in the notice. Interested firms, workshops and vendors should maintain their own workshops, stock, manpower and relevant technical expertise in the participating cities.
