This tender invites reputed firms in Multan to supply aviation expendables and related coating paints for the Army Aviation Base under the Aviation Engineering Depot (EME). The procurement covers a range of items including wooden sheets, wooden blocks, cushioning pads, locking mechanisms, nails, hinges, mild steel sheets, and various 2K Kapci coating paints in multiple colors. These materials are essential for maintenance and repair of aviation equipment and structures, ensuring operational readiness and safety.
The supply involves delivering shelf-life items with at least 70% remaining life, and firms must adhere to strict packaging and delivery standards. The depot requires delivery within 30 days for local items and up to 90 days for imported stores. The technical bid must include brand names, country of origin, manufacturer certificates, and authorization for imports. The commercial bid will be opened only after technical evaluation. The site location in Multan demands timely and quality supplies to meet the operational schedules of the aviation base.
Bidders should ensure they hold valid NTN certificates, are not blacklisted, and have no pending deliveries from the last financial year. The tender requires a 5% earnest money deposit via pay order or bank draft. Firms must also comply with PEC registration and FBR ATL status for the 2025-26 financial year.
