Balance Work for Uplifting and Beautification of Main Bazars, City Sangla Hill

Municipal Committee Sangla Hill invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, tax-registered, financially sound contractors/firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) under the applicable provisions of the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations. Items being procured: - Balance work for Uplifting / Beautification of Main Bazars, City Sangla Hill (Risk & Cost) This tender covers the balance work for uplifting and beautification of the main bazars in Sangla Hill city. The project is under the responsibility of the Municipal Committee Sangla Hill and involves civil works to enhance the urban environment and infrastructure of the bazars. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have completed a beautification project costing 30 million PKR or above in the last 2 years, supported by work order and completion certificate issued by the head of department or engineer in charge. Bidders must also be tax-registered and financially sound. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. Submission of hard copies is not required. Bids must be uploaded electronically until 01:00 PM on 17/09/2026 and will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM in the Municipal Committee Office in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives. The maximum time to complete the work is two months from the date of work award and is non-extendable. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended).
