Tender Description
The Communication & Works Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud is inviting electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the improvement, rehabilitation, and construction of the Bara Flyover as part of the broader project for various roads and bridges in Jamrud, Bara, and Landikotal for the financial year 2026-27. This notice is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, and all interested bidders must be registered with the C&W Department and the Pakistan Engineering Council for the relevant category.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Bara Flyover (PEC Category C-2, Estimated Cost: Rs. 20,040,000, Bid Security: Rs. 300,000)
The technical scope includes the complete construction of the Bara Flyover, with all associated civil works as per the BOQ and Engineer's Estimate. Only firms with valid PEC Category C-2 licenses are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit original CDRs for bid security, along with all required technical and financial documents, through the official EPADS system. The bid security for each bid is set at 0.03% of the estimated cost, and all documents must be uploaded before the deadline. The financial bid will only be opened after the approval of the technical bid by the competent authority.
All participating contractors must have updated FBR (Active Status), KPPRA (Active Status), and C&W Enlistment for the current financial year. Registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority is also mandatory. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21/09/2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the C&W Highway Division Khyber. The deadline for submission of bids is 24/09/2026. Bidders are advised to ensure that all affidavits and CDRs are authentic and original, as non-compliance will result in disqualification.
