Procurement of Batteries, Miscellaneous Filters, Spare Parts and Pre-Qualification of Firms/Workshops for NHMP N-5 North-I Khairabad

The National Highways and Motorway Police is inviting sealed bids from GST and Income Tax registered firms, contractors, and suppliers who are active taxpayers on the FBR list for the supply of specific items and services for a period of two years (FY-2026-27 & 2027-28). This procurement is being managed by the Secretary Purchase Committee, NHMP, N-5 North-I, Khairabad, and is open to eligible manufacturers, suppliers, and workshops who meet the registration and compliance requirements. Items being procured: - Purchase of Batteries, Miscellaneous Filters & Spare Parts - Pre-Qualification of Firms/Workshops (Open Frame work Agreement) The technical scope includes the supply of batteries, various filters, and spare parts as per the specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Additionally, the department seeks to pre-qualify firms and workshops for open framework agreements, ensuring reliable service and supply over the contract period. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR, refundable, in the amount of Rs. 35,000/- in the name of DDO NHMP N-5, North-I Khairabad. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the Bid Security on the E-PADS portal, with the original to be provided before the tender opening. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure, using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) Technique, in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Only firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on EPADS are eligible to participate. Bids and proposals must be submitted online via http://eprocure.gov.pk before the deadline, and hard copies of documents must be provided at the specified address. The deadline for submission is on or before 1130 hrs on 26-08-2026.
