Beautification of Road UBL to Sui Gas Road Multan Industrial Estate

The Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate invites sealed bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 and above for the beautification of the road from UBL to Sui Gas Road in Multan. This project involves civil works aimed at improving the road's aesthetics and functionality within the industrial estate area. Items being procured: - Beautification of Road UBL to Sui Gas Road The scope includes all necessary civil works to enhance the road, requiring contractors registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and specialized codes CE01, CE9, and CE10 with relevant experience. Bidding will follow PPRA Rules 2014 on a single stage one envelope basis. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, PIEDMC website www.pie.com.pk, and Punjab E-procurement Portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit bids online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 7 October 2026 before 3:00 PM. Bid opening will be at 3:30 PM the same day. Bid security of Rs. 293,477 equal to 3% of the estimated procurement price must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments like CDR, PO, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Incomplete or late bids, or those without original bid security, will be rejected. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or the Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate are not eligible. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
