Subletting of Bending and Welding Works for Economizer and Super Heater Assemblies of 125 TPH and 100 TPH Boilers

Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) in Taxila is inviting sealed bids from eligible and experienced contractors and firms for the subletting of bending and welding works for economizer and super heater assemblies of 125 TPH and 100 TPH boilers. This opportunity is ideal for specialized mechanical and fabrication contractors with proven expertise in industrial boiler components and heavy welding works. Items being procured: - Bending and Welding of Economizer Coils along with J-bars as per drawings (Qty: 2, Drawing Nos: B203-26B-7844, B203-26B-7847) - Bending and Welding of Superheater Tubes as per drawing (Qty: 1, Drawing No: B203-26B-7586) The technical scope includes all required bending and welding works for the specified assemblies, strictly in accordance with the technical specifications, detailed scope of work, and relevant drawings provided by HMC. All technical documents, including instructions and drawings, are attached with the tender documents and must be thoroughly reviewed by bidders prior to submission. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all work meets the standards and requirements set out by HMC. Eligible bidders must submit a tender fee of PKR 1,500 and provide a bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid amount in the prescribed form. All quoted rates must be exclusive of applicable taxes. Bidders are required to be registered with relevant tax authorities and should have experience in similar mechanical works. The completed tender must be submitted to HMC, Taxila, on or before 17 August 2026 at 14:30 hours. Late bids will not be entertained.
