Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Boring and Installation of Deep Well Ground Beds for ICCP Systems

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is seeking proposals for the pre-qualification of engineering contractors to provide specialized services in boring, drilling, and installation of deep well ground beds for Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) Systems. This opportunity is open to firms with relevant experience in the installation of deep well ground beds, which are critical for corrosion control across SNGPL's operational network. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of contractors for hiring of services for boring/installation of deep well ground beds The technical scope includes the complete execution of boring and drilling works, as well as the installation of ground beds designed for ICCP systems. The work will be carried out under the Open Framework Agreement, managed by the Corrosion Control Department at SNGPL Lahore. Interested firms must ensure compliance with all technical and safety standards as outlined in the bid evaluation criteria, which can be downloaded from the EPADS 2.0 portal. Eligibility requirements include submission of all required documents through the EPADS 2.0 system by the deadline of 19-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Firms previously pre-qualified for the Financial Year 2023-2026 must also reapply to be considered. Earnest Money and other bid securities, if required, will be specified in the bid documents. Registration with FBR/ATL and relevant experience in similar works are mandatory. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all supporting documents, including technical credentials and previous experience certificates, are uploaded in the correct format on EPADS 2.0 to avoid disqualification due to incomplete submissions.
