Construction of Pre-Cast Boundary Wall and Entry/Exit Gates at Cattle Market Yazman

Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC), Bahawalpur Division, invites e-bids for civil construction works at Cattle Market Yazman, District Bahawalpur. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System/e-PADS under a Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. The estimated cost is **PKR 12,952,212/-**, while required bid security is **PKR 647,611/-**. The work falls under PEC Category C-6 with CE-10, General Civil Engineering Works. The contractor will be responsible for proper execution, materials, workmanship, site coordination, completion certificates and compliance with the department's technical requirements. Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the required C-6 category with Specialized Code CE-10. Firms must also be registered with FBR and provide valid NTN and STRN details, with active taxpayer or ATL status where applicable. A bid security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or CDR in favour of the Chief Operating Officer, PCMMDC Bahawalpur Division, must be uploaded as a scanned copy on e-PADS, while the original must reach the office before the submission deadline.
