LEASE: Branding and Advertisement Rights at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease of branding and advertisement rights at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore. The concession is offered for a period of five (05) years or until the premises are impacted by expansion, whichever is earlier. The reserve price for the concession is Rs. 2,236,364/-. The lease includes the maintenance of the main shed and outsourcing of branding and advertisement rights on designated areas within the airport premises. The concessionaire will be subject to a 10% annual enhancement on the cumulative basis during subsequent years. Only bids higher than the reserve price will be entertained. Interested bidders must obtain tender forms from the office of the Joint Director Commercial, AIIAP Lahore, upon submission of a written request along with CNIC and NTN certificates and payment of Rs. 5,000/- non-refundable fee via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Tender documents must be submitted in two sealed envelopes marked as Technical Offer and Financial Offer, placed together in one envelope specifying the subject tender. The submission deadline is 20th October 2026 at 1100 hours, with opening of technical bids at 1130 hours on the same day at the office of Airport Manager/COO, AIIAP Lahore. Late, ambiguous, or conditional bids will not be accepted. Eligibility requires bidders to have relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Earnest Money in the form of a valid Pay Order or CDR is mandatory. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per law.
