Provision of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner including Tea for Participants of Mandatory Training Programs at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Academy of Research and Training

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Academy of Research and Training (HEART) Peshawar invites bids through E-PADS from eligible restaurants, suppliers, contractors, and individuals registered with KPRA and FBR for income tax, sales tax, and reflected on the ATL list of FBR. The procurement is for the arrangement of breakfast, lunch, and dinner including tea at 11:00 AM for participants of mandatory training programs for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner - Tea at 11:00 AM The bidding process follows a single stage one envelope procedure on the EPADS platform. Interested bidders can download the complete set of bidding documents from EPADS. Bidders must upload scanned copies of their bids on EPADS on or before the closing date and time, 5th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Additionally, bidders are required to submit the CDR to the office before or on the closing date. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon (PST). Eligibility criteria include valid registration with KPRA and FBR, inclusion on the ATL list of FBR, and compliance with tax requirements. The Director of HEART reserves the right to reject any or all bids under rule 47(1) of the KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of all required documents and bid security to avoid disqualification.
