B/T Road Drain and Street Lights and Peen Nana Sab Sra Ghuragi Bypass Works

The Local Government & Rural Development District Quetta invites eligible bidders for the execution of B/T road drain and street lights and peen nana sab sra ghuragi bypass works for the year 2026. This procurement is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - B/T road drain - Street lights - Peen nana sab sra ghuragi bypass The project requires bidders to have a PEC registration in category C-5 or above, with specialization code CE01-(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Bidders must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature and demonstrate a turnover of at least 41,584,761 PKR in the last three years, showing financial capacity. Bidding will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of 3% of the bid value must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents including the NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Complete bidding documents are also available for viewing on the same website. The last date for electronic bid submission is 23 September 2026 by 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM via the EPPS system.
