Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C-5 or above category and possess specialized codes EE11(q) (Solar), EE11(n) (Solar Energy System), and EE11(w) (Installation of Solar Power LED Street Lighting System). Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List and registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Experience of at least two assignments of similar nature is required. Earnest Money/Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call of 2% of the estimated cost for each work is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Project Director upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000 per work.
