Bulk Local Purchase of NIV and PVMS Medicine and Disposable Items

Combined Military Hospital Badin invites sealed quotations for the financial year 2026/2027 for the bulk local purchase of NIV and PVMS medicine along with disposable items. These items are required from well-reputed firms, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers registered with the Government of Pakistan Ministry of Health, preferably DGDP registered. All firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department, and be on the active list of FBR. Items being procured: - NIV medicine - PVMS medicine - Disposable items Bidders must submit sealed bids consisting of a single package containing two separate envelopes marked as 'Technical Proposal' and 'Financial Proposal'. The last date for deposit of bids is 27th November 2026 at 1100 hours, with the technical proposal opening scheduled for the same day at 1130 hours. Bidding documents including detailed items and conditions can be obtained from the Medical Officer In-Charge Medical Store during office hours upon payment of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable). The bidder shall offer the maximum rebate on the trade price of the offered medical store items, valid from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation according to PPRA rules.
