Provision of Bulk SMS API Gateway Services for Higher Education Department Peshawar

The Higher Education Department Peshawar is procuring Bulk SMS API Gateway Services specifically for transactional and promotional messaging. This procurement targets telecom-licensed SMS gateway or aggregator service providers capable of handling an estimated monthly consumption of approximately 100,000 SMS. The contract will be a Framework Agreement valid for one year, with possible extensions up to three years based on performance and budget availability.
