Tender Description
Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi invites bids for hiring Business SMS and WhatsApp Alert Services under IT Software & Licenses category. This tender is issued by Dow University of Health Sciences, a premier health sciences institute in Karachi, Sindh.
The contract involves provision of a cloud-based web application portal and SMS/WhatsApp services supporting two-way communication with local cellular networks. The service provider must ensure 24x7 availability, support approximately 6 million transactional SMS, 3 million transactional WhatsApp messages, and 0.5 million marketing WhatsApp messages annually.
