Tender Description
This tender invites bids for calibration services of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra. The scope includes calibration of three specific CMM models using ISO 10360-2 standards with full documentation and certification.
The work involves calibration of CMM machines LM402015, Century201208, and Future301510 including laser error mapping, probe repeatability evaluation, and adjustments to meet geometrical accuracies. Calibration certificates valid for at least one year must be provided. Calibration will be performed at AMF premises with OEM technical expert evaluation prior to submission. Delivery period is 120 days after contract signing with 12 months warranty on calibration. Bidders must comply with detailed technical and procedural requirements as per tender documents.
