This tender invites bids for the calibration, descaling, fitment, and testing of test bench gauges, sensors, meters, and related equipment at Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. The Supply Chain Management Directorate of Heavy Industries Taxila is procuring these specialized calibration and testing services and equipment to ensure operational accuracy and reliability of their test benches used in defense manufacturing and maintenance.
The scope includes calibration of master instruments, induction converters, electric thermometers, tachometers, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, strain gauges, and fuel measuring systems among others. The work involves handling sensitive electronic and mechanical measuring devices primarily sourced from Pakistan and China or equivalent origins. The site is located in Taxila Cantt, requiring precise technical expertise to maintain the integrity of defense production standards. The contract duration is six months with delivery within 45 days after signing. The technical specifications and quality standards are detailed in the annexures, emphasizing OEM certifications and compliance with latest production standards.
Bidders must be registered with Heavy Industries Taxila and comply with PEC category requirements relevant to calibration and testing equipment. Firms should have valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, be active taxpayers for the fiscal year 2025-26, and submit audited financial reports for the last three years.
