The procurement is managed by the DMD (W&S)/PCB (D&F) department, focusing on precise calibration to ensure operational accuracy of sensitive electronic measurement equipment.
The scope involves technical calibration of the particle counter, requiring expertise in electronic instrumentation and adherence to Pakistan Navy standards. The work will be conducted at the Naval stores sub depot area on West Wharf Road, Karachi, demanding careful handling and compliance with military protocols. Calibration accuracy is critical for maintaining quality control in naval operations.
Bidders must hold valid GST and NTN certificates and provide a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 5% of the bid value if not registered with HQs COMLOG. The tender requires submission of a technical bid on the firm's letterhead with a non-refundable fee of PKR 2000. The tender validity is for the current financial year 2025-26. Firms should ensure compliance with PEC registration and FBR ATL status to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 12th March 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM on the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the DMD (W&S)/PCB (D&F) office at the Naval stores sub depot area, West Wharf Road, Karachi. Representatives of bidding firms are encouraged to attend the opening session.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your bid includes all required documentation, especially the CDR and GST/NTN certificates, and confirm the bid validity period. Missing these often leads to rejection. Also, attend the bid opening to address any queries promptly.
