Procurement and Installation of 3 x Smart LEDs for NADRA Islamabad

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad invites bids for the procurement and installation of 3 Smart LED displays under the Electronics & Appliances and IT & Office Equipment categories. This tender is specifically for delivery to NADRA Central Store, Blue Area, Islamabad, with a delivery schedule of 1-3 weeks. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope includes supply of 55-inch 4K Ultra HD IPS display Smart LEDs with built-in speakers and multiple connectivity options including HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, LAN, WIFI, and USB ports. Bidders must be OEMs or authorized distributors with valid NTN, GST registration, and active status on the FBR Tax Payers List. They must also provide a bid security of PKR 37,170 in the form of cashier's or certified cheque or bank guarantee. The bid validity period is 120 days. The contract requires a 10% performance security valid until the warranty period expires. Delivery terms are DDP to the specified NADRA location in Islamabad. Submission deadline is 19th March 2026 at 11:00 AM via the EPADS online portal only; manual bids are not accepted. Bid opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM at NADRA HQ Islamabad. The technical bid will be evaluated first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified bidders. The contract will be awarded on a least cost basis to the most advantageous bidder meeting all eligibility and technical criteria.
