Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of seven 100-Gallon water coolers with filtration facilities and three electric water dispensers for the District and Taluka Courts and Bar Associations in Sujawal. The District and Sessions Court, Sujawal, is overseeing this procurement under the category of Electronics & Appliances, aiming to enhance water dispensing infrastructure within judicial and legal premises in Sujawal.
The scope includes stainless steel water coolers with energy-efficient compressors, imported thermostats, and copper piping systems, ensuring durability and performance. The installation will be completed within 30 days of purchase order issuance at the District Court Building and District Bar Association premises. The equipment must meet specified technical standards, including rust-proof bodies and CFC-free refrigerants, suitable for the local environment and operational demands.
Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. Compliance with PEC registration, FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and valid NTN and GST registration is mandatory. The tender follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022), requiring earnest money of 2% of the bid price and a performance guarantee of 2% retained until satisfactory completion.
Submission deadline is at 09:00 AM on 16 March 2026, with bid opening at 09:30 AM the same day at the office of the Additional District & Sessions Judge-I, Sujawal. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement portal. Physical bids will not be accepted.
